Workshops & Courses
A painter’s and photographer’s delight, West Marin is blessed with amazing natural beauty which includes the California coast-line, wonderful hidden trails surrounded by protected forest and open rolling hills kissed in summer with golden hues, in winter with amazing greens, topped off with verdant oaks. And then there is the wild life (birds, deer, elk, big cats, sea life not to mention the ever present not so wild cows) that stimulates so many artists’ imaginations. Bring your paints or camera and spend a weekend having fun and then take it home! Have your own private workshop or attend a class.
Point Reyes National Seashore Association (PRNSA)
Deepen your connection to nature, strengthen your understanding of the environment and have fun with your peers. PRNSA’s Field Seminars are led by experts in their field to take you out of your everyday life and into the natural world. Whether you’re interested in flora or fauna, hiking or history, weaving or watercolor, landscape or wildlife photography, Field Seminars offers something for everyone.
